Technical Support Engineer (Fire Safety)

1. Responsible for DT demand research, fully communicate with sales staff and customers, explore and guide demands, and
output solutions
2. Responsible for the production of industry-standardized fire protection solutions and arsenals, and continuous tracking
and improvement of the application of data
3. Provide product empowerment communication training for national technical personnel and customer teams in the region
4. Responsible for industry research, including research on the advantages and disadvantages of competitors' plans, research
on regional industry policies, and research on future industry trends
5. Feedback and collect pre-sales issues of the project, assist in the interpretation of tender documents, and provide
reasonable fire product solutions and selection lists based on customer needs
6. Responsible for technical support for regional promotion activities

1. More than 2 years of working experience in security industry solutions, project pre-sales, and technical support. Experience
in fire protection or alarm products is preferred;
2. Familiar with security monitoring system integration work, proficient in intelligent buildings, comprehensive software plat
forms, alarm access control, etc., and have certain practical debugging capabilities;
3. Chinese/English can be used as working languages and have good cross-cultural communication skills;
