Mô tả công việc

  • Assist in guiding Entertainment and Events (AV) team, understand performance targets and departmental goals;
  • Train Entertainment and Events (AV) team to ensure they fit in well in their specific roles;
  • Schedule work hours, shifts and coordinate job rotation and cross-training of Entertainment and Events (AV) team;
  • Provide feedback and evaluation on Technician, Entertainment and Events (AV) performances;
  • Assist in resolving emergencies, identify and resolve workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism;
  • Provide technical reports and activity updates to Assistant Manager, Entertainment and Events (AV);
  • Keep track on Audio and Visual inventory and order supplies;                                               
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems as they occur;
  • Work closely with Supervisor, Entertainment and Events team in updating BGM song list and video walls;
  • Provide technical support for teleconferences and meetings in Conference and Meeting rooms;
  • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
  • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards;
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
  • Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible;
  • Perform any other duties as required.
