1. Java 6 - can effectively code and use all features of
JAVA 6. Should follow all coding standards of JAVA 6, and build design
patterns, knowledge of java8 will be a plus
2. Spring 4
3. Writing concise code is VERY IMP, always looking to keep
the lines of code to a minimum
4. Their code after code build from Jenkins should have no
errors
5. Should be able to write JUnit Test cases.
6. Should be able to review and troubleshoot other team
members code so it is cleared for code testing.
7. Should have knowledge of database and ORM tools i.e
Hibernate
8. Should have worked on Web Services REST and SOAP.
