Key Responsibilities
A. General Responsibilities (both locations)
• Welcome all visitors (customers, partners, suppliers) with warmth and professionalism, following Gamuda Land’s service standards.
• Serve as the key contact person throughout the guest journey - ensuring smooth transitions from arrival to waiting and departure.
• Engage proactively with guests to anticipate their needs, offer refreshments, and provide assistance with a personal touch.
• Handle all incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate departments; record and follow up on missed calls.
• Escort or guide guests to designated areas, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
• Summarize and order stationery, medicine, and groceries, and follow up on inventory levels.
• Comply with all Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
B. Specific Responsibilities (Office-based)
• Record and utilize customer preferences, visit history, and feedback in the CRM system to enhance future experiences (especially for BoDs and HoDs).
• Collect guest feedback where possible and summarize insights for the Service Excellence team.
• Coordinate internal meetings and visitor arrangements.
• Maintain the reception counter in the neat and tidy manner; always pay attention to surrounding (facilities, customer’s needs).
C. Specific Responsibilities (Sales Gallery-based)
• Coordinate with the T&P and Tea Lady teams to ensure the right ambience (music, scent, lighting, and F&B) and the overall readiness of the Sales Gallery’s operations.
• Maintain the reception counter in a neat and tidy manner; always pay attention to the surroundings, including facilities and customers’ needs.
• Collect guest feedback post-visit and summarize key insights for the Service Excellence team.
