Job requirement

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Hoshizaki and non-Hoshizaki refrigeration and ice machine products, ensuring quality and timely completion.

  • Conduct site inspections to assess installation conditions, check material readiness and delivery status.

  • Review and follow method statements and approved procedures to ensure proper installation practices.

  • Provide technical support to other departments to ensure smooth overall operations.

  • Monitor project progress, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure tasks are completed in line with approved schedules.

  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the direct manager.

  • Commission and fine-tune systems to ensure optimal performance prior to final handover.

  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with customers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.

  • Perform office-related tasks such as preparing warranty documentation, identifying spare parts, conducting technical training for dealers, and staying updated with product improvements and changes from the manufacturer.

  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks, whether ad-hoc or assigned by management, as required.

  • Flexible to work irregular hours and capable of handling high-pressure situations when needed.
