I. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple business units.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in line with organizational needs.
- Consult and advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and selection processes.
- Organize and facilitate assessment tests and professional interview rounds.
- Create and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs), ensure recruitment compliance, and support onboarding processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.
- Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports and performance analytics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in corporate or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and talent market insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
