Senior Partner Experience Associate

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We develop and execute business strategies that help us achieve our vision in serving our community.

As part of the Singapore operations team , the Partner Experience Team (part of the larger Operations team) curates the frontline customer experience for our driver partners.

The day-to-day activities:

As a Senior Partner Experience Associate, you will support the licensing, onboarding, support and activation of drivers. Specifically, you will

• Supervise a team of contingency workers that processes driver registration, license application and account activation
• Work with various stakeholders’ departments to manage enquiries, requests and escalations
• Work with external vendors to optimise processes and improve operational efficiency
• Conduct checks and verification of driver’s information
• Establish new processes for ad-hoc projects and system changes to ensure successful rollouts
• Handle administrative tasks (e.g. daily reports preparation, data entry and filing) and other ad hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead

The must haves:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• At least 3-years of operations and customer service experience, with experience leading a small team
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; being well-versed with Excel formula and functions (e.g. data lookup function, IF conditional function and pivot table) will be an advantage
• Strong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitude
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Ability to work independently or as a team, with minimal supervision
