Campaign Planning & Execution
Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to run campaigns on schedule.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
Content & Social Media
Manage content development for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website.
Work with in-house or freelance content creators to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
Stay updated on platform trends and adjust content plans accordingly.
Digital & Offline Marketing
Support digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.
Take part in planning and running offline events or activation campaigns when needed.
Collaborate with partners or vendors for specific campaign initiatives.
Leadership (if applicable)
Take ownership of key marketing workstreams or product campaigns.
Lead small teams or coordinate project-based contributors where needed.
Contribute to long-term brand planning and provide strategic input.
Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign KPIs and produce regular reports.
Monitor and optimize marketing budget allocation and channel effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 years + of experience in digital marketing and social media, with a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience in the education industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media algorithms.
Experience in content creation, including writing, video production, and graphic design using basic tools like Capcut and Canva.
Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategies.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, creative, and passionate about brand building and marketing campaigns.
Willingness to travel for work when required.
