JOB SUMMARY
Strategize, conceive and implement visual marketing programs, campaign creative works by developing and leading creative works such as multi-media, graphic design, social media viral video, directing layout, design, and copywriting; determining and monitoring production schedules; providing work direction to creative staff. Perform responsibilities in accordance with HOIANA CASINO standards, policies, and procedures. That range from digital commercial film to social media viral video.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
* Be out of the box by reinventing new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
* Able to lead team to make them understand design and smart copy and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
* Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications.
* Work with the executive team to implement marketing materials for the HOIANA enhance exposure.
* Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly.
* Be creative with content, quick with trend, and apply new innovation for the production output.
* Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
* Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions and ensuring quality is top priority.
* Develops visual identity, brand guidelines, and mood-board.
* Determines production requirements and considering scheduling factors.
* Determines production schedule by conferring artwork, copy writing, and production departments; outlining basic presentation concepts; coordinating creative activities.
* Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.
* Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to client.
* Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
