Job requirement

The day-to-day activities:

  • Acquire new merchants within the F&B and retail industry
  • New account acquisition, account management and revenue generation

  • Build long term strategic relationships with large scale merchants, chains and national brands in Singapore

  • Pitch Grabpay as the “go to” mobile payments platform

  • Maintain and build long lasting working relationships with merchant partners via face to face meetings, cold calls and phone calls

  • Upsell on new products and services

  • Negotiate directly with the decision makers of key accounts and support pilot projects.

  • Managing entire sales cycle from start to end

  • Be accountable of one’s sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed assigned targets



The must haves:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of prior experience in merchant acquisition sales with leading chains and brands in Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Go getter with proven solid sales track record

  • Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends

  • A team player

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • A network of contacts in the relevant industry is a definite bonus

  • BA/ BS preferred
