Senior Interior Designer, Design & Development

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Responsible for developing conceptual designs, prepare design presentations, design development, and production.
• Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition
• Work with coordinators, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project goals.
• Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Create and present interior design concepts in response to client needs.
• Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects.
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing, sample board and selection
• Provide design input for user groups on fitting out works
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors
