Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role supports the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and policies to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for staff and operators.
- Coordinate with Heads of Department to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure timely onboarding.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer payroll, social insurance, PIT, and related benefits in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee database.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a contact point for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities, townhall meetings, and internal communications.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance processes in line with labor law.
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and maintain performance records.
- Work with managers to follow up on probation evaluation and contract renewals.
5. Compliance & HR Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and HR standards.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.) for management.
