Job requirement

Talent acquisition and succession planning (40% - 50%)

§ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria to complete the job profile for on-line posting and sourcing through online channels;

§ Conduct interview, track number and suitability of applicants and or feedback from hiring managers, etc to assess, analyse and improve recruitment process and others if needed;

§ Lead employer branding initiatives;

§ Work closely with managers, respective employees and potential candidates with high competencies, in term of employee development needs and determining trends to identify necessary competencies and advise to managers for their team’s succession planning.

§ Prepare dashboard report for recruitment activities

Training and development (30% - 40%)

§ Prepare and follow up company training plan, department training plan;

§ Coordinate with line managers to identify training needs, advice suitable training course and manage training process;

§ Lead training activities including in house and public training

General affairs (20% - 30%)

§ Deal with external vendors/ agencies of health check-up, company trip, recruitment, training and event activities;

§ Work with team to prepare HR monthly newsletter

§ Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Job requirement

Professional Experiences:

ü  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or a relevant field of study

ü  Good command of English skills

ü  At least 5 years of experience in HR related

Skills, Knowledge and Ability:

-        Motivational, strong communication and high customer services skills;

-        Multitasking skills and attention to detail;

-        Problem solving skills; creativity, eager to learn and change management skills;

-        High teamwork spirit and ability to work independently with less supervision;
