Job requirement

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering).
  • Drive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor law.
  • Support HR process improvements and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR (APAC) on HR initiatives and reporting.
  • Provide support in employee engagement and HR-related communication.

Job requirement

  • Strong experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across cultures and regions.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • English proficiency is required.
