Job requirement

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator who is passionate about creative storytelling with a performance mindset. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and overseeing the production of performance-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, YouTube, and Display Networks. You will work independently and lead a small team to bring engaging ideas to life, collaborating closely with media buyers and creative leads to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities- Lead ideation, scriptwriting, and supervise production of content formats optimized for performance (short videos, hooks, storylines, etc.)- Own and manage the full content lifecycle from idea to execution and post-evaluation- Keep pulse on platform trends (especially TikTok & short-form), ensuring content stays fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping- Collaborate with Paid Media and Brand teams to craft messages that align with ILA’s tone yet perform in digital channels- Manage and mentor a small team (2–5) of writers, editors, or creative freelancers- Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPAS...)
