JOB DESCRIPTION
1. CREATIVE & PLANNING – Campaign-driven creative mindset
- Take the lead as a Creative Copywriter in developing concepts and content directions for digital communication campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the team to build compelling proposals for pitching, including key messages, campaign taglines, key asset ideas, content directions, content pillars, demo posts, article outlines and KOL/ community ideas.
- Propose tailored creative solutions aligned with brand objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Understand different platform behaviors and audience insights to craft relevant and engaging content strategies.
2. EXECUTION – Cross-platform content creation
- Plan and produce content for digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo and more.
- Execute various content formats: social media posts, video scripts, ad copies, KOL and community viral content.
- Work seamlessly with the Design, Media and Production teams to ensure quality and consistency across campaign touchpoints.
- Continuously optimize content to improve results and reach campaign objectives.
3. INSIGHTS & TRENDS – Market and audience sensitivity
- Stay on top of social and cultural trends, user behavior and platform algorithm changes to deliver timely, trend-based content.
- Contribute ideas and creative tactics based on real-time data and industry movements.
- Oversee content quality from freelancers, KOLs and community partners.
- Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and uphold a client-first approach in execution and team collaboration.
