Overall purpose
- Yamaha Music Square is the retail store system of Yamaha Music Vietnam.
- In charge of propagating YMVN Music Square Concept as company target.
- Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become Yamaha Music Square partners.
- Understand Yamaha Music Square and communicate well with Yamaha headquarters for development of retail business.
- In charge of a part of dealer sales as Line Manager’s assignment.
- Assist prospective Partners through the process of cooperation & operation.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Develop and execute go-to-market plan MI products. Drive business development and revenue growth through developing strong engagement with company and clients to build business opportunities.
- Coordinate and support Music Square activities/events.
- Prospect and hunt for new leads to continuously building a strong pipeline; leverage existing networks, and lead generation to drive lead generation, communications, and account penetration
- Establish business contacts and information gathering for the collation of market/client intelligence
- Share best practices across Yamaha Music Square centers to improve financial performance, customer experience, and Partners satisfaction.
- Create and update Yamaha Music Square center-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and Partners use.
- Maintain and analyze records of Yamaha Music Square Centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions
- Ensure effective Yamaha Music Square servicing and management
- Identify, negotiate terms and contract with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the periodic budget review, summarizing key insights, finding locations, P&L simulation, recruiting, training for operation resources.
- Support Product development through sharing of market competitive intelligence and providing regular feedback on potential product development
- Analyze the market, evaluate and improve the business scheme if any other business possibility to expand the Yamaha Music Square business nationwide.
- Take care of some YMVN key dealers.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager
- At least 2 years working experience in franchise or retail business development, educational franchise or F&B retail business is a plus
- At least bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
- English proficiency
