Secretary, Surveillance Operations

Duties may include but not limited to: 

• Perform English and Vietnamese Translation for Surveillance Document that requires translation
• Provide administrative support
• Arrange and maintain documents
• Handle filing and maintain proper records
• Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies
• Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to company and encourage others to do the same
• Perform other job-related duties.
