Sample Room Manager (Garment)

Our customer is a garment manufacturing company, now looking for a Sample Room Manager (Garment, $3000, ID17949):

• Responsible for leading team to complete customer demand samples in accordance with the requirements of quality and time
• In charge of updating all infomation from related department to detect and resolve the issue on a regular basis
• Follow up and arrange sample development as required
• Control samples to ensure proper quality and compliance with approved specifications.
• Stay up-to-date and control of technology to produce high-quality samples
• Ensure all samples have necessary information when transferred to the production department
• Develop procedures, regulations and standards for the department.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pattern making, sample room operations, or technical garment management—preferably in high-fashion manufacturing.

• Strong expertise in pattern development, grading, and marker efficiency.

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering staff training.

• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

• Familiarity with pattern software (Gerber preferred) is an advantage.
