Get to know the Role:

As the Sales Team Lead, you will be reporting directly to the Indonesia Business Development Manager and your team will be building partnerships with SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) to enable our service across Indonesia.

The day-to-day activities (non-exhaustive):

  • Serve as a key member of the GrabWheels Business Development Team to define the current landscape, strategize and execute SMB partnership opportunities

  • Coach, lead, and performance-manage a team of Field Sales professionals to generate new leads

  • Work closely with GrabWheels’ Ops, Marketing, Product teams to ensure alignment of BD/Sales focus with expansion strategy

  • Continuously own the development and execution of all business development initiatives, ensuring proper planning and on time, on target execution

  • Take ownership of the structuring, negotiation, and closing of commercial deals through the Field Sales team while ensuring alignment with the business financial OKRs

The must haves:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development

  • Proven ability to blend business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted, win-win deals

  • Proven ability to lead sales teams that delivers against targets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively

  • Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Passion for micro mobility
