Job requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales and Business Development activities in Import Export Air/Ocean freight, Trucking, Customs Brokerage, and value-added service.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing sales staffs.
  • Promote sales to complete targets and KPIs according to the agreement.
  • Monitoring and promoting the work of members to ensure that shipments are handled in accordance with the company's SOP.
  • Sales and meeting customers with employees.
  • Sales campaign with oversea agents as required.
  • Implement business campaigns from time to time of the Head office.
  • Familiar with CRM.
  • Sales plan meeting with the Regional Office (HKG) on monthly basic.

  • VIETNAM DIRECTOR

Job requirement

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

-  At least 03 years sales experience in Freight forwarding.

-  Proficient both in written and spoken English

-  Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

-  Innovative.

-  Leadership skills
