Job requirement

I. Sales Executive (Jewelry, luxury items)Location: HCMC

Position: Local StaffLocation: VietnamEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.

    • Manage appointments, schedules, and assist in organizing meetings/events.

    • Maintain office supplies and handle procurement when necessary.

  • Communication & Liaison:

    • Act as a liaison between the organization and Vietnamese government agencies, local partners, and other stakeholders.

    • Translate and interpret documents or conversations between English and Vietnamese when needed.

    • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence in English and Vietnamese.

  • Documentation & Data Management:

    • Organize, file, and manage internal documents, contracts, and records.

    • Maintain and update databases related to staff, operations, and external contacts.

  • Support for Korean Delegation:

    • Assist Korean staff or delegations during visits, including scheduling meetings and accompanying them to local institutions if required.

    • Provide interpretation and cultural guidance to facilitate smooth communication and activities.

  • Project Coordination:

    • Support ongoing projects and initiatives by coordinating logistics, drafting documents, and following up with relevant parties.

    • Track progress, collect necessary data, and contribute to evaluations and reporting.

  • Logistics & Travel Arrangement:

    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff or visiting delegations.

    • Prepare travel expense reports and related documentation.

  • II. Territory Sales Manager (granite, marbles, building materials)

    Location: Hanoi

    About the Role:

    You will be responsible for:

    • On-ground sales operations

    • Client acquisition

    • Extensive travel within the territory to identify leads, grow customer base, and increase sales

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively travel within the assigned territory to identify and approach potential clients

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers

    • Gather market intelligence and client insights to support business development

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales efforts align with company strategy
