About the Role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Sales and Operation Manager to take ownership of our industrial lubricants segment. You will lead both sales execution and internal coordination, acting as a key player in growing our market presence and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial lubricant products (Hydraulic oil, Gear oil, Compressor oil, etc.).
Manage relationships with B2B customers, distributors, and service partners.
Coordinate with suppliers (mainly Korean manufacturers) on pricing, logistics, and technical support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose appropriate go-to-market actions.
Oversee sales executives and support recruitment for the sales team.
Report directly to CEO and collaborate closely with admin and finance departments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales; lubricant/chemical sales is a big plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – for supplier communication and internal reporting.
Strong time and team management skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
