JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales Admin Executive provides timely and effective admin support to Sales Team

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key in purchaser’s information and manage purchaser database
  • Update daily sales status
  • Prepare and keep track of sales contracts
  • Manage inventory of sales brochures
  • Support and maintain the operation of sales gallery
  • Prepare sales admin related reports as per request
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
