JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales Admin Executive provides timely and effective admin support to Sales Team

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Key in purchaser’s information and manage purchaser database
Update daily sales status
Prepare and keep track of sales contracts
Manage inventory of sales brochures
Support and maintain the operation of sales gallery
Prepare sales admin related reports as per request
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
