Get to know the team:

Grab Rewards team looks after Grab’s customer loyalty program – the largest program of its kind in the region. The team’s objectives are to ensure that GrabRewards remains a compelling value proposition for users across the Grab platform. This is achieved through optimization of the points earn and redemption options, member tiers, and corresponding benefits.

Get to know the role:

  • Responsible for managing the GrabRewards program in Singapore
  • Identify and secure rewards program partners in accordance with Rewards strategy
  • Manage strategic partnerships to grow mutual business
  • Catalog Strategy: Optimize rewards catalog mix (merchant mix, deal type) to drive redemption volume
  • Partnership Operations: manage operations support to adhere to legal, compliance and commercial guidelines, monitor, optimize catalog inventory

The day-to-day activities:

  • Identify partners for GrabRewards, evaluate commercial viability
  • Lead direct negotiation with partners, secure participation in the program
  • Strategic thinking – plan and execute strategy for Rewards in Singapore to achieve corporate objectives
  • Numerate and quantitative – monitor program performance
  • Operations – ensure legal, compliance and commercial guidelines are adhered to, rewards catalog is optimized
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing
  • Work closely with GrabPay sales and account management teams to drive synergies

The must-haves:

  • Bachelor degree (any discipline)
  • Min 7 years experience in loyalty marketing, consumer marketing with P&L experience
  • Experienced in partnership management
