You will serve as the lead TMT counsel in drafting and negotiating TMT related transactions (M&A), responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of technology, licensing, IP commercial and regulatory matters.
Day-to-day Activities:
Serve as the lead TMT transactional counsel as part of the M&A transactional Corporate Finance deal team in negotiating and drafting tech/TMT-related transactions;
Work closely with the business, Procurement and technology teams on reviewing and drafting tech/TMT agreements including licensing, development, collaboration, content partnership agreements.
The must haves:
Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and have a very strategic and commercially-driven approach;
Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience (mix of in-house and private practice in top-tier law firms preferred), with experience in corporate/commercial, TMT, IP, data privacy, M&A, and Competition related issues;
Experience in fast-evolving and dynamic industries such as technology or e-commerce.
