Recruitment specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in the garment manufacturing industry to drive effective hiring strategies and secure stable manpower for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for garment roles from Production floor to manager level.
• Develop new, creative recruitment channels and optimize existing ones to improve candidate reach.
• Build strong talent pipelines through industry networks, communities, and training centers.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment KPIs and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

• 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in garment/manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to innovate recruitment methods.
• Good communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
• English is a plus.
