Purpose/ Mission:

Drive and contribute to Warehouse & Logistics Operations business strategies by working with the Operation Manager

Accountabilities:

Primary

• Drive and Contribute to Warehouse & Logistics Operations business strategies by working with the Operation Manager.
• Grow and strengthen adidas business by developing the WH & Log organization, optimizing In bound performance, provide visible product flow and status; identifying and utilizing best practices; strengthening processes and policies; leveraging systems; establishing and monitoring KPIs’.
• To manage Warehouse Outbound Operations (adidas and TaylorMade) and supporting the distribution of products to overseas customers.
• To manage local import (adidas and TaylorMade)
• To ensure that the daily inbound plan with high level of accuracy, efficiency (cost & process) and productivity
• On time and accurate for all required documentation to ensure timely import.
• Ensuring continuous creative improvement process thru problem identification and problem analysis.
• Development and monitoring of the employee work plans, development and training plans.

Secondary

• Develop and plan for inbound activities (manpower & job assignment) with customs clearance agency
• Updating of Flash report for Inbound & Inventory Status timely.
• Coordination and Communication with “internal customers” with regards to Inbound & Inventory activities.
• Conducting investigation for inbound & inventory discrepancies
• Monitoring & management of inbound capacity planning, leading key products timely inbound
• Timely submission or updating of reports assigned.
• Continuous review of customs clearance process in market, update all regulations, analysis all impacts might occur to adidas business and to achieve the Best Practice.
• Control customs and import cost relating.
• Vendor management
• Control and facilitates of facilities and equipment issues eg, arranging for repairs, coordination for IT upgrading.
• Inter- support of outbound control & management in the absence of outbound Assistant Manager.
• Perform any other roles or duties assigned by the superior, which is deemed reasonable, practical and logical

Professional background/ Experience:

Functional: Experience in import/ export, foreign trade Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail Exposure: Sports

Education:

Diploma in Logistics Management

IT:
