Responsibilities:

We are looking for a young dynamic person joining our HR team. Are you the one who is always willing to learn new things and dare to cope with challenges in a global fast-moving environment? You will be a key player in building our human resource team and contributing to the development of the business group.

● Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding

● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

● Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. platforms and professional networks)

● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

● Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)

● Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs and recruitment events (if having)

● Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

● Other relevant tasks following HRM’s requests

Requirements:

● At least 2 year’ professional experience as a Recruiter or similar role(s)

● Feel at ease when communicating in English

● Proficiency in the use of popular recruitment websites, including VietnamWorks, CareerBuilder, etc.

● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

● Excellent communication skills

● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

● Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions

● Be fast-learner, open for challenges
