Job requirement

  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like TopCV, Jobs Go, Vietnam Work, Linked In).
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and arrange for further interviews.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Take care from on board to off board process.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire in database reports.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Another task as assigned by HR Manager.

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri).

  • Salary is negotiated based on experience;

Job requirement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with finance, banking, or P2P lending industries is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business;
  • At least 03 year of experience in HR Recruitment;
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
