Real Estate Partnership Manager

You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team to expand our cloud kitchen business. The cloud kitchen is an exciting new venture that we believe will disrupt the food delivery space. In this role as a real estate partnership lead, you will be collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in creating deals that allow us to scale massively and rapidly.


Get to know the Role:

• You will be on the BD team and will be responsible for closing long term property deals with the top real estate players in ID.

• Has strong business development skills to be able to close large scale and meaningful deals

• Highly motivated to always be on the lookout for the best and most beneficial deal for the project

• Has great leadership skills to nurture a team of execs

The day-to-day activities:

Functional

Analyze the market landscape and identify who would be the most effective real estate players to work with

Prospect, reach out and drive partnership discussions

Explore new ways to scale up the project through working with various partners

Design commercial structures that would be ideal for both parties

Negotiate and close deals with various real estate partners

Maintain healthy working relationship with existing partners

Document all business development activities in the CRM system

People

To work with internal and external stakeholders effectively in building sustainable partnerships and business relationships

Customer

Financial

To be able to close deals that would be of a significantly better alternative financially compared to the status quo plan

The must haves:

Minimum Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in real estate-related business development and partnerships. Particularly, experience in real-estate partnerships for national chain brands (retails like minimarts, or F&B chains)
