Kinh nghiệm:
- Cooperating with sale to research, develop and improve bakery premix product.
- Recording technical data and transfer to production, QC team, monitor first
production, improve process.
- Deploy application products from bakery premix.
- Researching and evaluating material, find new material and replace material, check
and gather information from supplier.
- Participating the meeting, workshop from supplier about new trend to know the need
of market in the future.
- Responsible for record data in SAP system and safety of equipment of RD team.
- Prepare sample as customer request.
- Go to customer to support technical and introduce new product.
- Support to handle complaint from customer.
- Take responsibility about industry safety of RD team, deploy safety request from ESH
team
- Meet mandatory requirements to follow company's legislation and carry out any
other work or assume any other responsibility assigned by the superrior as and when
necessary.
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in food technology
-Over 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Passion for baking and good knowledge of food ingredients.
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety (preferred).
- Familiarity with machinery, equipment, and operational safety.
- Ability to speak and read technical documents in English is an advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred.
-Have effective communication, teamwork.
- Have ability about problem finding & solving skills.
- Office computer skill
