R&D DIRECTOR

CT UAV, đơn vị công nghệ chiến lược thuộc CT Group, đang tìm kiếm Giám đốc R&D (Research & Development Director) – người dẫn dắt sứ mệnh làm chủ công nghệ UAV và đưa Việt Nam trở thành quốc gia tiên phong trong ngành công nghiệp UAV tại ASEAN.

VAI TRÒ CHIẾN LƯỢC

• Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện phát triển năng lực nghiên cứu công nghệ UAV tại CT UAV.

• Xây dựng lộ trình công nghệ dài hạn (2025–2030), tập trung vào 6 nhóm công nghệ lõi:
  Điện tử - Vi mạch
  Vật liệu Composite
  Năng lượng
  Điều khiển & Tự hành
  AI & Tải trọng
  An ninh & Giao tiếp

• Lãnh đạo đội ngũ 35 chuyên gia R&D, phát triển mô hình đào tạo – đổi mới – nội địa hóa

• Chỉ đạo phát triển 20+ dòng sản phẩm UAV, với tỷ lệ nội địa hóa 80–95%

• Thiết lập quan hệ hợp tác với các trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu, và các chương trình chuyển giao công nghệ quốc tế

YÊU CẦU CỐT LÕI

• Học vấn: Tiến sĩ (PhD) ngành Hàng không, Cơ khí, Điện tử, Tin học hoặc liên quan

• Chứng chỉ ưu tiên: Quản lý dự án (PMP), Quản lý công nghệ

• Kinh nghiệm:
  ▪️ Tối thiểu 15 năm trong lĩnh vực R&D (8 năm ở vị trí lãnh đạo cấp cao)
  ▪️ Đã từng dẫn dắt các dự án R&D công nghệ cao (>50 tỷ VNĐ)
  ▪️ Có kinh nghiệm về UAV, hàng không, robotics hoặc tự động hóa

• Kỹ năng:
  ▪️ Hiểu biết sâu rộng về công nghệ UAV và sở hữu trí tuệ
  ▪️ Tư duy chiến lược, lãnh đạo truyền cảm hứng
  ▪️ Giao tiếp tiếng Anh & tiếng Việt xuất sắc
  ▪️ Thuyết trình, đàm phán và hoạch định chiến lược cấp quốc gia

CT UAV, the strategic technology arm of CT Group, is seeking a Research & Development (R&D) Director to lead its mission of mastering UAV technologies and positioning Vietnam as a pioneering nation in the UAV industry across ASEAN.

STRATEGIC ROLE

• Take full responsibility for developing CT UAV’s core research and technology capabilities in the UAV sector.

• Build and implement a long-term technology roadmap (2025–2030), focusing on six strategic technology pillars:
  Electronics & Microchips
  Composite Materials
  Energy Systems
  Control Systems & Autonomy
  AI & Payload Technologies
  Cybersecurity & Communications

• Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of 35 experts, establishing a talent pipeline model focused on training – innovation – localization.

• Oversee the development of 20+ UAV product lines, ensuring 80–95% localization of core technologies.

• Establish partnerships with leading universities, research institutions, and manage international technology transfer programs.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional), Technology Management, or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in R&D, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles

• Proven track record in managing large-scale high-tech R&D projects (budget > 50 billion VND)

• Direct experience in UAVs, aerospace, robotics, or automation technologies

Skills:

• Deep understanding of UAV technologies and intellectual property management

• Strong strategic thinking and inspirational leadership

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

• Expertise in presenting, negotiating, and planning national-level technology strategies
