1. Manage and Control QMS Documentation ( Quality management system)
- Develop, update, and manage QMS documents.
- Ensure documents and records related to Document Control & record are properly updated, version-controlled, and distributed to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with departments to draft, revise, and approve new documents when changes occur.
- Manage the storage of records and documents to ensure completeness and easy retrieval when needed.
2. Technology transfer Sheet & Design Review (TTS & DR)
- Work with related Dept. to full fill TTS for new products.
- Revise & update TTS when changing.
- In charge DR process for new products or any changing related to product quality (make plans, monitor, report on DR).
3. Coordinate with Internal and External Audits
- Organize and coordinate with QMS audits of internal and external.
- Prepare documents and participate in audits conducted by external parties (partners, customers, regulatory agencies, third-party auditors).
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any non-conformities identified during these audits
4. Provide Training and Guidance on QMS Procedures
- Train and guide employees across departments to ensure correct implementation of QMS procedures and policies.
- Develop training documents and conduct periodic courses on procedures for related Dept.
5. Monitor and manage quality performance indicators
- Collect and compile datas related to QMS compliance from departments.
- Generate periodic reports on QMS implementation and status.
- Analyze issues that arise during implementation and propose improvement measures.
6. Collaborate with departments to implement and improve QMS – Documents
- Support Departments in developing and improving processes to align with QMS requirements.
- Participate in projects for enhancing the QMS based on company directives
