QC Supervisor

1. Quality control

• Connect with Production Dept. to control quality from raw material to finsh good.
• Inform to Superior for adjustment quality if quality got problems.
• Plan and monitor daily/monthly testing schedules and ensure samples are analyzed with correct & accurate testing results, meet product spec & customer requirement.
• Conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes testing, trouble shooting - Analyze/solution, improvement for fail quality.
• Daily checking formula on production schedule.
• Control inventory product quality and manage QC, Warehouse job.
• Update instructions work & QC plan if any.

2. Sales exchange information & customer feedback

• Connect Sales to exchange information about sample.
• Update & monitor customer's requirements.
• Revise & make specification if any change.
• Monitor flour export - Container & fumigation.
• Monitor feedback on new sample & make improvement if any.

3. Equipement

• Control Lab equipments & monitor spare parts.

4. Other

• Make plans and implement the equipments of calibrations.
• Make reports concern to Wheat flour quality & equipment.
• Confirm products quality on SAP system.
• Monitor Lab activities & manage 5S at QC.
• Solve related works and other duties assigned by the Superior

1. Educational Background

  - Graduated from University
  - Major: Food Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, chemistry or other related technical background

2. Expertise Skills & Experience

  - Having 3 years experience in quality control or quality assurane.
  - Experience developing and implementing quality control systems.
  - Knowledge in HACCP/FSSC system is a plus
  - Good  problem-solving skills
  - Good communication skill
  - Leadership and supervisory experience
  - Good in logic analytical skill and making report.

3. Soft Skills

 - Teamwork
 - Good in reading English
 - Be able to work independently
 - Microsoft office: Word, excel, PP..
