Mô tả công việc

  • Establish and manage the QA/QC system across the entire production chain of backpacks and bags.
  • Control quality from input materials, semi-finished to finished products.
  • Organize and coordinate the QA/QC team in various inspection stages (inline, final, etc.).
  • Supervise compliance with technical procedures and quality standards for each order.
  • Analyze defects and customer complaints, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work directly with customers or third parties during quality evaluations and factory audits.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to improve product quality.
  • Train and enhance the capabilities of the QA/QC team.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management regarding quality performance.
