With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

1. Develop and Implement QA Policies and Procedures:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that QA policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across all departments.
  • Regularly review and update QA policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations, standards, and business needs.

2. Quality Control:

  • Establish robust quality control standards and procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Implement inspection and testing protocols to monitor product quality at various stages of the production process.
  • Work closely with production teams to identify and address quality issues in real-time, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of defects.

3. Conduct Audits and Inspections:

  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with QA policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies or third-party certifying bodies, ensuring readiness and facilitating the audit process.
  • Analyze audit findings and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address identified non-conformities and improve quality performance.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement quality improvement tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Total Quality Management to drive process optimization and defect reduction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, providing training on quality principles, and recognizing and rewarding quality achievements.

5. Supplier Quality Management:

  • Establish supplier quality requirements and criteria for supplier selection and evaluation.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.

6. Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance principles, procedures, and tools for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on quality-related matters, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development to enhance the competency and effectiveness of the quality assurance team and other relevant personnel.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Skills
o Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop QA teams to meet quality
and compliance standards.
o Strategic Planning: Expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance strategies that
align with business objectives.
o Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and
optimize quality control procedures.
o Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting,
training, and cross-department collaboration.

o Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to assess root causes, develop corrective
actions, and prevent recurrences.
o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple quality projects simultaneously, ensuring
deadlines and quality standards are met.
o Change Management: Skilled in leading quality improvement initiatives and change
implementation across departments.
o Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics and generating insightful
reports for management review.
o Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for
documentation, analysis, and reporting.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.

  • Experience in the plastic industry is a strong advantage.
