Job requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
    • Recruitment, development, and performance management of quality team.
    • Ensuring adherence to customer and company regulations.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensuring compliance with customer standards and regulations.
    • Implementing and monitoring quality targets and strategies.
    • Addressing customer claims and complaints.
    • Resolving quality issues in the production process.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Participating in process development and risk assessment.
    • Identifying root causes and implementing improvement plans.
    • Participating in kaizen activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Reviewing and updating processes and regulations.
  4. Reporting and Planning:
    • Tracking performance and planning future improvements.
    • Making relevant reports.

Job requirement

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in industrial management/business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the garment industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese communication.
