Mô tả công việc

MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA VỊ TRÍ /JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for procurement of production materials and Engineer’s project

Mô tả/ Job Description

- Source local vendors for production materials (related to aluminum, plastic, fastener, packaging, ...)

- Source local vendors for outsource production processes (metal fabrication, anodizing, ...)

- Visit and evaluate potiential vendors, develop supply chain net

- Compare, negotiate good price and other procurement terms with vendors

- Purchase equipment, spare parts, looking for contractors for Engineer’s project

- Follow Company’s procurement procedure

- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items, not impact to production; ensure cost-saving for Company.

- Release Purchase requirement/ Purchase Order to vendors based on Requisition slip from PMC or Engineers and follow up the entire purchasing process from begining until delivery and payment to vendors

- Prepare supporting document for payment to vendors and submit to Accounting weekly or when needed

- Communicate with other departments (Production, Engineer, PMC, Warehouse,...) for relevant purchase items

- Solve issues related to NG materials, urgent purchase,...

- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Specialized and Technical Knowledges

- Bachelor's degree in Economic, Engineering

- Strong in negotiation skill, able to work under high pressure

- Ability to work independently

- Good at communication skills with colleagues at all levels

- Having cost-saving and optimization mindset

- English proficiency to read/write/speak

- Can read and understand technical drawings.

Management Tools

MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Experience

At least 3 year experience in the same role.
