• Come up with ideas and develop purchasing plans, always ensure the stability of purchasing activities.

• Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used

• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.

• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.

• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement

• Search, research, collect information sources, evaluate the effectiveness of goods suppliers in the market. From there, it helps the company choose the most suitable partners.

• Negotiate directly with partners on terms of quantity, materials, and price.

• Complaints to partners when material problems occur that do not comply with the agreement.

• Directly inspect and monitor partners' supplies of goods in terms of quantity, delivery time, quality, based on the agreements signed in the contract.
