Job requirement

· To balance materialbasedon the real salesituation & forecast sale of next few months.

· Developingand implementing purchasing strategies.

· Preparingcost estimatesand managing budgets.

· Make MRP report and controlmaterial

· Issuingregular orders orwhenever demand isrequired.

· Managingdaily purchasingactivities,supervising staff, and allocating tasks.

· Managingsupplier relationsand negotiatingcontracts, prices, timelines, etc.

· Maintainingthe supplierdatabase, purchaserecords, and related documentation.

· Coordinatingwith inventorycontrol to determineand manage inventory needs.

· Managingthe maintenance ofoffice/manufacturingequipment and machinery.

· Ensuringthat all procureditems meet therequired quality standards and specifications.

· Workingto improvepurchasing systems andprocesses.

· Findsolution and suggestsolving defectedquantity and material slow moving monthly

· Makingclaim to supplier ifany quality issues

· Trainingnew employees inthe purchasing processand how to use the purchasing system.

· Assignworks for otherpeople when being absent. Acceptto be transferred, assigned,arrangedtasks by manager to be suitable withcompany business situation.

· Completeassigned KPI inMonth, Quarter and Year.

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC.(shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).

Job requirement

·     To set up delivery schedule, receive or reject material in some cases of decision scope

·     Degree in businessadministration or a related field.

·     Experience as apurchasing manager or in a similar position.

·     Deep knowledge ofinventory and supply chain management.

·     Supervisory andmanagement experience.

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (ERP or SAP…).

·     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Other skills:

·     Strong critical thinkingand negotiation skills.

·     Strong planning andorganizational skills.

·     Ability to work independently.

·     To work under highpressure.
