Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the entire development process of IT projects. This includes coordinating resources and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality commitments. The Project Manager also tracks project performance through key metrics such as Effort Efficiency, Busy Rate, Timeliness, Leakage, Correction Cost, and Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Portfolio Management & Oversight

• Monitor and control the overall progress, budget, scope, and quality of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and standardized templates.
• Prepare and present periodic/ad-hoc project status reports to senior management.
• Coordinate long-term resource planning, manage team capacity, and balance workloads across authorized projects/services.

2. Contract & Financial Settlement Management

• Collaborate with the Account Manager during pre-contract stages: customer consultation, reviewing timelines, scope, and acceptance terms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ensuring contract compliance post-signing.
• Responsible for documentation, reconciliation, and overseeing the payment and settlement process of projects.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the communication bridge between internal project teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
• Work closely with related departments to address issues arising during project execution.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle, including complaint resolution, service improvement, and contract renewal.

4. Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, log, and monitor project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with project teams and leadership to develop effective mitigation and resolution plans.
• Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes, and apply international standards such as ITIL and COBIT for risk governance.

1. Education:

• College degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.

2. Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Practical experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or equivalent.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in companies providing Managed Services or Outsourcing.
• Experience managing projects in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Aviation sectors is an advantage.
• Holding international project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is preferred.

3. Skills:

• Strong planning, organizational, monitoring, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Capable of identifying, assessing, and managing risks effectively.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, etc.

4. English Proficiency:

• Able to read and understand technical documents and contracts.
• Strong communication skills with international clients and partners.
