Job requirement

  • Create production orders based on the assigned plan and allocation.
  • Accurately and promptly deploy production orders to the production team.
  • Monitor and compare actual output with planned output to identify discrepancies and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in on-site product inspections (appearance, color, density, volatile oil, etc.) to ensure product quality meets standards.
  • Coordinate closely with production supervisors to ensure production progress aligns with the plan.
  • Collect and consolidate production data such as output, cycle time, and efficiency metrics to prepare reports and support performance evaluation.
  • Complete all documents and records related to the production process in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
