Product Designer

Get to know the role:

• You will participate or lead design workshops.
• Brainstorm new product ideas and participate in conducting experiments in testing your ideas via A/B tests or user interviews.
• Design innovative experience that solves user problems, delight them and achieve business results.
• Frame problems and communicate design solutions effectively to the working team.
• Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and user research.
• Work with Engineering and other relevant teams to ensure the feasibility of design.
• Turn data from industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights.
• Work with developers and QA engineers to ensure highest quality of implementation.
• Ensure all versions of design documents are complete, current, and stored / archived appropriately.

Requirements:

• Online portfolio of mobile UI design.
• Ability to conduct ideation and design workshops with the team.
• Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders using Invision, Principle or Framer.
• A few years of experience working in a product development setting, working with product managers, developers and other stakeholders.
• A decent understanding of native mobile environment and web development.
• A user-centered mindset is a must.
• Ability to translate research finding into tangible product feature requirements and improvements.
• Some experience in conducting or participating in user research is a plus.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
