Understand the professional processes of the operations center, proactively collect, systematize, and share knowledge and experiences to build an internal information repository that supports the enhancement of team capabilities and departmental efficiency.
Support the implementation of departmental improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency; gather, synthesize, and analyze data in a comprehensive manner as a basis for proposing suitable improvement solutions.
Prepare periodic reports on learning outcomes or project progress; be responsible for developing presentation slides and reporting regularly to management or the corporation on training results, self-learning efforts, or the status of assigned projects; ensure content is clear, logical, and data-driven.
Be proficient in using English for drafting business correspondence, writing reports, or taking meeting minutes during internal or partner discussions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in communication.
Maintain a serious, disciplined working manner and professional attitude; actively participate in all training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, feedback activities, and discussions to enhance learning effectiveness and personal development.
