The day-to-day activities:

•  Primary focus is to provide assistance to Manager in extracting and analyzing data to achieve maximum efficiency

• Build report for the team, work on process improvements, and handle multiple forms of data

• Query data, gather information from various sources and interpret to support management with decision making 

• Using statistics for recommendation, work with other people to optimize payment processes 

• Ensure financial transactions processed accurately and efficiently, also comply with all policies and procedures

• Communicate with various departments and regional teams

• Effectively identify and solve problems, own issue from start to finish

• Assist manager with other tasks, participate in projects as required 

 



The must haves:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Banking or a related field 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position

• SQL expert, knowledgeable in R or Python

• Must have skills for data analytics, methodical and logical approach

• A high level of mathematics

• Proactive, ability to handle pressure well, and multi-task

• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Flexible, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to take new challenges at fast-growing Company 

• Works well in a team environment, experience working in a multinational Company
