The day-to-day activities:

• Handle payment to driver partners and maintain payment record

• Responsible for processing and monitoring financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner

• Review and solve Zendesk tickets within SLA, ensure we comply with the policy

• Communicate with various teams across departments and regional teams

• Collaborate with others to optimize payment processes 

• Work on process improvements, handle multiple forms of data

• Extract, analyze and manage data to achieve maximum efficiency for the team

• Effectively identify and solve problems, own issue from start to finish

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in banking or related field 

• At least 2 years of experience in similar position

• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft office

• Must have skills for data analytics

• Proactive and able to handle pressure well

• Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English 

• Ability to adapt changes
