The day-to-day activities:
- Work closely with Head of Vertical Operations and Head of Strategic Project to define business operations strategy and grow through brand and relationship building activities
- Developing strategy and local/regional customer-centric initiatives to retain and provide better experience for our driver partners.
- Preparing budgets and cascading down the plan to the team, breaking them down into actionable steps with proper project management
- Overseeing operations of 4 main support function for verticals namely: Communications, Events, Training and Operational Support.
➢ Communications: Oversee end-to-end process of driver partners’ communications and engage drivers actively and effectively through different channels by ensuring clear message
➢ Training: Educate driver partners through both online and offline channels on various content to improve customer service quality so that they could earn higher income and better productivity
➢ Events: Propose and organize engagement gathering, focus group discussion, to win mind share and improve partner loyalty
➢ Operational Support: Provide driver partners with all types of support to retain them and make them happy
- Proactively work with both local and regional teams to craft, share and implement best practices, efficiently using common resources
- Assist with roll out of new product features on app platform through digital channels
- Manage partner development and productivity, constantly identify and tackle problem areas for partners, engage and improve partner loyalty
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and do whatever it takes to get the work done with strong discipline
