Job Description

  • Ensure smooth operations of the teams in Partner Experience
  • Manage and follow up on escalated and complex enquiries
  • Ensure that all KPIs for the team are met
  • Scheduling and planning of manpower
  • Preparation and updating of SOP
  • Ensure adherence to processes and be constantly looking to improve
  • Preparation of team reports
  • Recruitment of new associates and temp staff
  • Training for new associates and temp staff
  • May be deployed at any of the Grab office locations islandwide

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Experience or similar role
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team
  • Analytical problem solver with attention to detail
  • Able to handle large amount of data and is proficient in MS Office
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills with a service oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, with minimal supervision
  • Past experience working on process improvement and quality assurance
  • Candidates with a second language/dialect would be preferred
